this property application utilizes a single screen to do 80% of the user input for management of property information.
The new consolidated property management screen utilizes pop over many screens that provide input, editing, review of the information in each pop over.
Each one of the new popover screens has an individual screen that provides larger views of the information found on the popovers. This helps when a lot of text is required in the information fields. This includes larger images were photos are used to be viewed in a portal record.
The approach to using the tenant screen has been totally remodeled to include additional information that is more pertinent to tenant management.

The financial information has been expanded to cover more investment information, to include return on investment over term. For property management professionals the new financials will provide a much more thorough coverage of month-to-month financial tracking.
The tenant information screen now includes a photo field for the tenant. The tenant screen has been consolidated down to one screen to provide a simpler input format.
The property management screen now has a unique portal that allows you to quickly review the status of property for, tenant expiration dates, past-due monthly billings, and summary information for total income for all properties, total amount paid to owners for all properties, and current past-due summary for billing in the current month. A simple date field is used to update this portal using the current date. This greatly simplifies the information for property and tenant management.
There are several new management reports with more in-depth information than pass property management versions.
The IOS version of this application provides additional functionality for exporting table data to spreadsheets and word processing, and PDF images for screens they can be either emailed or saved to the photo library.
Drop-down menus provide a one tap Button link to any screen in the application.
I do action drop-down list provides action functions for managing screen activity.
A print option is made available on the due action drop-down for users that have Wi-Fi printing capability.
User training is provided using YouTube videos to explain the step-by-step usage of the screens in this application.
